Premarin isis a hormone replacement therapy for women of late stages of menopause, when the end of the vagina is no longer producing a strong odour and/or heat. The application of this hormone replacement therapy is indicated in postmenopausal women and postmenopausal women and in postmenopausal menopausal women who are not responding to other treatments. The approval of Premarin isis requires postmenopausal women who have responded to a drug and are not responding to other treatments to be considered “reactive” to therapy. Thereby, there are several different indications for this drug, such as hot flushes (sensitive to odour), joint pain, bone loss, joint deformity, osteoporosis and bone fractures. The dosage varies depending on the indication and needs of the patient. It is indicated in the following conditions: hot flushes (sensitive to odour), joint pain, bone loss, joint deformity, osteoporosis and bone fractures. The indications of Premarin isis only in postmenopausal women and postmenopausal women and postmenopausal menopausal women who are not responding to other treatments. Premarin is also indicated in postmenopausal menopausal women who are not responding to other treatments. Premarin isis should be given with caution in women with liver disease. The recommended daily dose is 0.5 g. If a patient is not fully treated, the drug is not indicated in all patients. If an elderly patient or a patient with impaired renal function is treated with Premarin, the drug is not indicated. Patients with severe heart failure (or with pre-existing severe cardiac failure) or with a significant cardiac failure (e.g. congestive heart failure, or a fatal cardiac failure diagnosis) should be given close monitoring. Patients treated with Premarin and monitored well is contraindicated. It should not be used by women who are receiving oral contraceptives or by breast-feeding. The drug should not be used during the first months of pregnancy and for three months postpartum. The drug is not indicated in women with severe urinary incontinence. It is not indicated during the first and second and third trimesters of the trimester of return from a urinary incontinence disorder. This drug is not indicated for use in women with epilepsy or migraine. The use of this drug is not recommended for use in patients who have not responded to other treatments.Dosage of Premarin is:Premarin is 4 to 6 g.Drug Interactions:Premarin is metabolised on one therapists to the active substance estrogen and on the other post-exposure prophylaxis to the active substance progestin. There may be a risk of an abnormal vaginal blood test results when this drug is given to a patient with liver disease.Side effects:Premarin is a pregnancy hormone. Pregnancy and breast-feeding are contraindications of the use of Premarin. These conditions include: Premarin is a contraceptive hormone. Premarin is contraindicated in patients with severe kidney disease.
What PREMARIN VAGINAL is used for?
PREMARIN VAGINAL is used to manage vaginal itching, inflammation, dryness, and vaginal thinning caused due to estrogen deficiency (atrophic vaginitis). It can also be used to manage itching and inflammation of vulva and other parts of the genital area such as labia minora, clitoris and vaginal orifice (kraurosis vulvae). It also helps in manageing moderate to severe dyspareunia (genital pain during sexual intercourse) that occurs due to menopause.
Who should not use PREMARIN VAGINAL?
PREMARIN VAGINAL is not recommended for use in patients allergic to Conjugated estrogens. It is also not suitable for use in patients having unusual vaginal bleeding, breast or uterine cancer, blood clot in legs (deep venous thrombosis) or lungs (pulmonary embolism), bleeding disorder or heart problems. PREMARIN VAGINAL should not be used in pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting your doctor.
How to use PREMARIN VAGINAL?
Apply PREMARIN VAGINAL as directed by your physician. It should be used only in and around the vagina or the genital area. PREMARIN VAGINAL comes in a tube along with an applicator. Use the applicator for applying the medicine. Gently squeeze the sufficient medicine from the tube into the applicator. Lie down on your back or in any comfortable position. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina and press the plunger downwards to release the medicine in the vagina. Remove the applicator from the vagina after application. If you want to apply PREMARIN VAGINAL to the external parts of vagina, take the required quantity of PREMARIN VAGINAL and apply it at the required sites of the genital area.
What are the side effects of PREMARIN VAGINAL?
The most common side effects of applying PREMARIN VAGINAL are stomach pain, back pain, breast pain or tenderness, headache, vaginal infection, or vaginal discharge. Consult your doctor if any of these side effect worsens. Also, inform your doctor if you experience any changes in your breast such as breast pain, tenderness, discharge from the nipple, or lump growth in the breasts, heavy menstrual bleeding, pain, swelling, redness of the legs, sudden chest pain or difficulty in breathing after using PREMARIN VAGINAL.
Can PREMARIN VAGINAL cause cancer?
Yes. Research has that shown that prolonged use of PREMARIN VAGINAL may lead to breast cancer or uterine cancer. To avoid this, your doctor will constantly monitor your health condition through periodic blood tests and ultrasounds (breast examination). However, inform your doctor immediately if you experience any unusual symptoms such as severe breast pain or tenderness, purplish discoloration of breasts, discharge from nipples, pelvic pain or abnormal vaginal bleeding.
Can I take PREMARIN VAGINAL for my baby?It is not advisable to take PREMARIN VAGINAL for a baby as it may reduce the chances of getting the baby it needs three months and three years after first period. You should consult your doctor if you intend to keep the baby or if you want to keep the baby yourself.
